Le Cornue is unicorn material. I have no experience with them but they are beautiful, heavy and expensive. The only downside cost/service aside is that they have no window to see how your food is cooking. I guess you have to open the door (lose heat). I have a dual fuel Wolf which I LOVE.

Ahhh
Good info

I think the wolf makes great stuff and we can get a “suite” of products from them that gets us a decent discount on the overall cost.
La cornue is just range so no discount.

I really hoped that someone could make the case that they’re crap so I can dismiss it outright. My online research generally leads me to believe that they make a good product.

I like the industrial look of the Wolf product (and others) but their quality is outstanding. I don’t necessarily like the look of LaCornue but I don’t hate it.

I went with BlueStar after talking to serous home cooks. You can customize the larger ones and get it in just about any color you want. The rep for the area even reached out to me when I had a few questions.

Have a friend with Le Cornue and she loves it but it’s what she always wanted. I have always thought they were great product because of the oven heat distribution story. Now that Joanna Gaines is using one the demand is probably crazy.
