Can small business owners start firing employees because they didn't vote the way they wanted them to?
Would it be ok to fire some one for that? You know, in the name of " get fired for any reason" mandate?

If it’s against your company ideals, then yes.
If you own a hunting supply company and you have an employ go to a pro Vegan protest and post it online, that’s likely grounds for termination.
I don’t agree with what happened, doesn’t make it illegal. Like I said, the proper response is for republicans to stop using their business.
