Again from the other Rouses thread.
This is why I say frick the NFL, saints, drew etc.
The Rouses have supported The Saints and Louisiana for decades. Even when the Saints sucked.
And instead of helping local business' during the crisis of pandemic and unwarranted social media boycott, they are doing a defund the police BLM style movement.

Rouses' are typically located in areas with non-Biden voters anyway. It will only help them.

Its stupid to boycott Rouse's for what Sr. does. Jr runs it now anyway.
However, I am fine with people boycotting them because they treat their employees like shite.
But I do think they have the best store made chicken salad and have to get some when I see a Rouses.

In their defense, Rouses is way better than Winn Dixie IMO. However, we have a Neighborhood Walmart by us that is the nicest Walmart establishment that I've ever shopped at. I hate Super Walmarts, very trashy. We get certain specialty items at Rouses (wine, Cajun related, steaks, deli, bakery), but we'd easily spend 30-50% more per shopping trip if we did groceries exclusively there.

1. I loved The Wire as much as anyone but, I’ve had some dealings with Wendell Pierce and he is count in the worst sense of the word.
2. Rouse’s is the only place I seem to be able to find Leidenheimer Bread.
