Callaway deserves to get everything and we have to make sure Raymond doesn't have to work with a safeties coach!!

Since you feel we have to make sure that everybody that you have listed was taking care of, I guess you could form a protest or maybe sit ins to express your disapproval

He will be working with a Safeties Coach if Freeman is hired. Coach O is letting the new DC pick his staff, but he wants a DL Coach and a Safeties Coach with Freeman covering LBs. Raymond doesn't mind a Safeties Coach, he just hated Busch specifically.
The remaining coaching vacancies are being held for:
DC
DL
S (possibly LB if Freeman isn't hired)
You cannot possibly use one of those on an additional offensive coach. Callaway will continue to be an analyst unless he is hired away.
