I think Fyre Fest 2 seems like a safer option than Jazzfest under Destroyah.

If there was a city/infrastructure that could pull off a festival on short notice it would be NOLA.
Don't envy the Jazzfest people and the task for them to plan and plan for contingency plans and plan for contingency on those plans.
