Are they, though? Cali is 28.6% black/Hispanic. Texas is 44.6%. So Texas has 50+% more of its population in the most vulnerable races.

wow. i would have guessed CA is pushing 50% black/hispanic, at least

Both states are around 40% Hispanic. Texas has 6% more AA's and California has 10% more Asians.
