All I know is, I want the shite out of the Technodrome as a kid and never got it. It was also perhaps the coolest Turtles toy ever made.

I don't see in the photo any need to repaint the toy, but if I was doing that, I'd use some kind of specialty modeling paint. I'd stay away from spary paint unless it's specifically made for plastics. It also needs to be flat finished, which most spray paint is not. Stay away from anything with high sheen.

I bought one for my son who loves the old TMNT and The Real Ghostbusters toys. The technodrome I got didn’t look like the picture online and it came out looking like the picture above. I wanted to restore it looking like the original. I’m jealous of my son now. I always wanted one as a kid and never got one. Now when my son goes to sleep I get to play with it after 30 years lol.
