It's a Saban video talking about Mushin Muhammad and not cutting him.
Reading though the thread of his arrest really is concerning. It seems like it was an honest mistake. He was probably driving back home to TX and stopped at a WBR walmart and made an accident that most people have made before.
I hope Tre does not read this board. It's really concerning how easy our board shits on their own. Especially a 19 year old true freshman who stepped up this year.

People acting like a 19 year old doing some dumb shite is so bad never really lived. He's just a kid. Plenty of us at 19 did illegal things but never got caught. Grow up to be fine people. Not like he did anything inexcusable such as hard drugs, assualt, or buglrary. It's petty shoplifting. All of us did petty dumb shite at 19. If you didn't no wonder some of are you miserable. Teach the kid a lesson and show him the way like most were

Saban is a great man, not just a great coach. He would have been successful in a lot of careers. Sure, his philosophy was self-serving - he gets to continue to exploit the great athlete - but it’s also correct.

I just don't see why they would even cite him if he made an honest mistake and was like "oh damn, my bad, I didn't even realize that I didn't scan that, let me go pay for it".

Hell at 17 to 19 I was stealing yu-gi-oh cards and small electronics to feed my hobby of playing cards at the time. Lived with my mom dirt arse poor and had no way to get a job. Was the only way I could get any kind of money at the time. Not proud of it, but I'm 25 now with a decent job, own a house, vehicles, wonderful kid, a fluffy husky and a soon to be wife. Petty crimes don't make you a bad person, if you are still breathing you still have plenty of time to better yourself.
