Merry Christmas Owlvis. My 2020 was shitty too. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I’m convinced that every person gets his with at least 1 major issue in life. Ours happened this year. It is a test to see how we respond. I think we are both in our 40’s so we’ve had a decent life of normalcy. The rest will be a challenge. All we can do is have a good attitude and move forward and reflect upon the past. Although it is easy to feel alone, realize that everyone will go through something similar at some point. Happy holidays my man.

Springlake Tiger:
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and staging. I've just been through a similar thing, although only Stage Two.
I think cancer can be harder on the mind than the body. Objectively, I know I was lucky in the type of cancer (prostate) and stage, but sometimes I don't feel lucky or appreciative. The cancer treatment is complete and everything looks good, but I'm not "myself". Hopefully, this ends, but in the meantime it's no fun.
