I just don’t want them all at my house on Friday and then right back on Sunday. For one thing, since we are going to my family’s on Saturday there will be no time to get the house ready for guest again after Christmas and before Sunday. I so get this. And if family can't make it one night, oh well, they don't make it. My own son and his fiance won't be with us at my parents on Christmas Eve but will be with my husbands family with us on Christmas Day.

It is what it is.

And screw cooking 3 days in a row ... that's too much for a single person.
