Game manager is absolutely essential to a championship QB.

Hmm, was Winston or Newton game managers?
How about Russel? Was it their Management skills that brought a title, or did they have something else? Is it by position that all qb’s are at the very least “a” manager as they distribute the rock?

Poor comparison. Quit stroking each others’ dicks.

Yes.

You aren't understanding what he's saying.

Being a game manager is essential for a good QB. It's not his only quality.

I agree. He played a great game True Freshmen or not. I like the mobility it keeps the defense a little more honest with his ability to getup the field running the ball if things aren't there.

His passing ability and poise were great to see. With time and reps he will only get even better.

400 yards! QB room is exciting.

Newton’s completion percentage at AU was 66%
Winston’s was 62%

Try again

this is a simple concept. Every great QB is a game manager. That's not the limit of their game.

Those teams had QBs attempting less than 20 pass attempts.

an interception in the end zone down 1 at the start of the 4th quarter that leads to a TD to go down 8 the other way is pretty critical even if it didn't cost you the game

Well yeah he was still a freshman. You had to figure he would make some kind of mistake but he did redeem himself.
On that play I actually think he figured the receiver would go in front of the defensive back instead of behind him. Give credit to the defender also for making a really good play on that throw.

EGGFUGGINZATLY!

So please sell me on the GREAT GAME MANAGING BAMA QBs and how their greatness transcends.

Before McCarron won his ONLY 2 NFL games, it had been 28 years since a Bama alum won an NFL game. So who are we comparing Montana to exactly?

Every QB bama has had in the past 15 years has been a great game manager.

In fact, their QB's have to be able to manage the game or they don't play.

You can continue with your nonsensical babble.

No fricking way you will convince most with a pulse that Johnson is. a “game manager”.
