I have been having trouble with AT&T's service and I'm looking to make a switch. Does the board have any recommendations besides Cox??

I've been thinking of doing the opposite because it would save us money ditching YouTubeTV and Cox internet for AT&T TV, fiber bundled with our cell plan.
What kind of issues are you having?
I've had Cox internet for 20+ years and it's generally very reliable. I'm only considering switching due to the cost of having a bunch of separate services.

I’ve had AT&T since they rolled out fiber in my neighborhood about 4 years ago. Haven’t had one problem. What’s up with yours?

My problem is their wifi router has been losing signal or having a weak signal quite often. Fiber isn’t available in my neighborhood yet. I’m having to reset my Gateway every week or so when it gets bogged down.

Don't use the router/modem combo from the ISP. Get a cheap modem and a good wireless router and you'll see better results. Depending on the size of your house a mesh wireless system may really help.

Ah, if you don't have fiber then yes, I would absolutely switch to Cox

I didn’t realize I could use any modem and router. I’ll hook this up tomorrow. Thanks!

Fiber is better then Cox.
If no fiber then Cox by a mile.

Most of BR you only have two broadband options, ATT and Cox. If Eatel is available I've heard good things.
Cox has a modem compatibility guide, make sure you buy one on the list. Then call their tech support after you swap it out to get them to activate it.
