An Empirical Analysis of Racial Differences in Police Use of Force by Roland G. Fryer, Jr., who happens to be a Black professor of economics at Harvard.

Also, Heather Mac Donald has written/spoken extensively on the statistical analysis of this topic.

By the way, some studies also show that blacks are disproportionately victims of non-lethal police force. They are roughed up more than whites. I agree that racism likely plays a role in that. But they aren't being gunned down in the streets by cops in any targeted way, which is the primary message of BLM (garbage).
