Can you post a pic of that setup? I have a hard time visualizing stuff like that.

google winch on john boat and look at the pics.
a 3500 harbor freight winch bolted to the front of your boat is less than $100. always get more winch than u need.

a 20'' led light bar off amazon is about $30 and will be way more light than u need and probly get your arse whipped for blinding people. lol

Don't have it anymore to take a pic. Had a 5" piece of 2" square tube welded to center of main beam of bow, relocated running light to top of square tube, this was the "receiver".... then had a 6"x6" piece of 3/16 plate welded to 11" piece of smaller square tube, with winch mounted to plate... this was the "stinger", like putting a hitch in and out of the draw-tite hitch on your truck, except the receiver was on top of bow, instead of underneath rear bumper.... all aluminum. Best description i can give u. Used a standard hitch pin to hold it in place.
