I've thought of doing something like this many times. How heavy is the Harbor Freight winch that you used?

I think it was a 2500lb winch , like the size u see on 4 wheeler .. been a few years ago.... boat was 1642 tunnel hull with mercury 40... I loved that boat. My teenager sunk it in intercoastal, never to be seen again.
