Anyone terrible at Mastication; do I need a Stretching?

I've posted here once before about my issues with solid foods, esp steak, shrimp, chicken. At times, if I do a terrible job masticating, food doesn't make it pass my bottom esophagus ring (forgot proper name) and I must force contents from my stomach to push it back up and out.
This is becoming more of an issue as I age, really becoming a problem as ground beef is beginning to give me trouble.
Some here mentioned a good stretching, what is the recovery time for this surgery?
Cost out of pocket? Most insurances cover? I've never saw a gastroenterologist about the issue.
Edt: sorry no Nymeria pic

Sit on your hand until it becomes numb then choke your chicken.

Have you told your doctor? Tried medication? Pantoprazole helped me with this issue and also stopped my heartburn at night.

You gotta take the dick out of your mouth to chew effectively

Who the hell has trouble swallowing ground beef?
Maybe you should switch to soy.

Train the dog to chew up the food and spit it into your mouth like a mama bird

You gotta stop letting your boyfriend put it all the way down your throat.

This is going to sound crazy, but hear me out.
Instead of undergoing expensive and painful surgery, maybe just start chewing your food and eating more slowly?

I believe the bottom ring is called the esophagus lower sphincter. I wouldnt advertise that you are having problems getting food through your sphincter

I've tried, believe me.
Even the smallest pieces some time become lodged.
Maybe it is volume of food too, as I eat too quickly?
