I do. Things are obviously bad right now but he has shown an ability to fix mistakes (bad hires, roster deficiencies, etc.) in the very recent past. If it's strictly based on football then he deserves the opportunity to fix it.

Why does he keep making these same type of mistakes that he then has to go back and fix?

How? By hiring Pelini and allowing Gilbert, Ika, and god knows who else to leave.
