It closed ~2007. Vincent’s and Mandina's came to Baton Rouge after Katrina and each lasted a little over a year. Mandina's was in the old Chalet Brandt (now Velvet Cactus).

Is that what moved to Government by the name "Brandt's Maisonette"? Then became Studio C? Next to what is now the beer garden?
