They just reload. Honestly these are the only 3 schools that are truly elite at the moment. I know 2 play in weak conferences, but they are constantly wining with new players yearly.

We shouldn’t either.

LSU should be the gold standard. That’s what O said he would do when he got the job.

What happens to you when you don’t do your job?

How often do those schools make bad hires on coordinators?

The times Ohio state even comes close (which never happens) to sniffing a year like this, there’d be no question that the coach would be gone. No excuses at a program like that.

We still have an inferiority complex and are like a battered wife. Just like with Miles, we’re afraid to walk out of a bad relationship because we think we are the problem. Lots of insecure Cajuns think O is the best we can do. Let me tell you something, LSU recruits top 5 classes year after year. Every coach in the nation would be interested in this job.

We lost this year to teams that these “no ones” would definitely beat. MSU is horrible and Auburn (who dominated us) would lose to upper BIG and ACC teams at least 50% of the time. This is not a normal “down” year where we lose a bunch of close heart breakers and have one beat down by Bama. Were terrible.

Because LSU is nowhere on the level of these programs.

Ohio state hasn’t sniffed a season like last season, either.

They really don’t even look that good this year, they just play no one.

They beat the teams they are supposed to. Meanwhile LSU is losing to state and Missouri.

Alabama has the greatest college coach ever, but he's getting up in age.

Clemson is doing great, but it took Dabo 4 years in a weak conference to get the program where it's at now.

Ohio State doesn't get much resistance in the Big 10 and they're not world beaters in playoff games.

SEC has too many really good teams every season for one team, sans Bama, to dominate.

Ohio State certainly did have these problems... for 20 years after Woody Hayes. Urban Meyer...and the decline of Michigan changed Ohio State. Next Ohio State faces no peer/dominant rival in the Big Ten... Detroit has lost 1 million in population ...Michigan has lost its recruiting base.. anyway...Clemson went almost 30 years and has no rival even remotely close. So Ohio State and Clemson are entirely different situations than LSU and the SEC...

Auburn might beat them.

The other two, no they would not.

You mean like when we tried to get Jimbo Fisher from FSU but he stayed only to go to TXA&M the next year? Or when we tried to get Tom Herman from Houston but he chose Texas?

This!

Why do fans think we are one of the blue bloods of college football. Until Saban we hadn't won a MNC since 1958. We will always have our ups and downs and magical season like last year, 3 or 4 years from now we will be in another title game and then start all over again.

We wanted big names, dude, big names. Pedigree.

If you want to know why Alabama keeps its players, it is because of a program Saban put together uears ago that educates his players about agents and their b.s.. Also if he even sniffs that an agent is on campus or talking to underclassmen, the program is all over it and they manage it.

Really? Ohio State is a title contender ever single season. They’re in playoffs every year. STFU

What's that got to do with anything? Our recruiting sucks arse, our defense is nonexistent, and our offense has reverted to 1977.

We were 15-0 last year, and we get this f'ing bs from Orgeron, who seems to be only interested in taking selfies with some bimbo.
