Going after what most people dub the "scammer" will do you absolutely no good at all. There are thousands more waiting in line to take their place. They have little to no employment opportunities where they are, and they will all line up for a steady paycheck, even if it involves fricking people.
The person who owns the scam business, who rents the building, who buys the equipment is the one you want.
Making one scammer disappear accomplishes nothing at all.
