Just discovered Arrested Development

One of my room mates had the first season lying around the house, so I decided to watch out of boredom. Dude, was I living under a rock when this show was being aired?
Sucks that it was cancelled, but aren't there rumors of a movie being in pre-production?

Not that far yet, but rumors have come from various cast members that something is stirring in the pot.

it seems like it gets better each season
I thought season one was decent, but i'm halfway through 2 and i like it.

season 2 and 3 are much better than season 1. Love the episode with Martin Short. Check my sig quote

I would have to disagree with that. I thought Season 3 was by far the worse season. I mean it was still great, but 1 and 2 were pretty much perfect.

But I would have to agree, most of my very favorite episodes are from 1 or 2.
Season 3 was only not good in comparison to 1 & 2, still much better than 95% of television.

Season 3 wasn't up to the other standards because that's when they didn't know whether they were gonna be canceled or not. So the writers just basically went episode to episode until they finally found out that they were gonna be canceled.

"And you're one to be giving marriage advice. Oh that's right, your wife's dead...I'm sorry. That was completely inappropriate" or something to that affect.
Either way, I agree. I lost it when he said that. I had to rewind like 5 times.
