he didn't complete the process and ball was bobbling.

He wasn't bubbling the ball

The reason it wasn't a catch is because his foot didnt come down in the endzone.
It came down outside the endzone and them he fell over the pylon

It was close but the ball definitely bobbled as he brought it down to his stomach/chest. It could've gone either way but I see why they changed the call. Regardless, he made a hell of a play and showed me that he'll be a stud.
