Well yes it does, but the fact that 9 football players are involved is "potentially problematic" sort of like the old Water gate question Senator Baker asked "What did the President know and when did he know it"?

This Independent Title IX audit is going to interesting. I know JBE and O are friends but JBE is term limited out and my guess is he might be in line for some position somewhere in the Biden administration. Southern Democrat, not anti-Police, pro-Military and solidly traditional Catholic Pro-Life, I did not vote for Biden but if I am his campaign people, I find somewhere for JBE as that sort of mitigates that he totally tied to the Socialist AOC and Bernie crowd.

So lets assume my statements above about JBE are true, and given his public statements that he expects LSU to be totally thorough and transparent with the Title IX audit, if some people in football are tied to this, I don't see how they get out of it.
