Just like Mike Belotti, Jeff Tedford and Mike Nolan. They were also hot name coaches at one point.

You mean the guy who turned Oregon from an after thought and brought it to heights they had never seen before? The same guy that brought in chip Kelly as oc and as his replacement and as AD guided them to even greater heights? Same Mike Belotti that essentially rode off into the sunset as the coach with the most wins at Oregon?

Or the Jeff Tedford that also helped belotti t Oregon? The same Jeff Telford that led Cal to the best tenure they had in decades? Same tedford that was twice Pac10 coach of the year, has Cal record for most wins, bowl wins and pretty much every other record? Sure he stayed too long but was a hell of a coach. Same twdford that after he left cal went 10-4 then 12-2 at Fresno?

So wtf is a successful coach? Saban and urban? Yall are fricking ridiculous on what yall consider successful. Some programs are not capable of winning an NC. If two coaches that have the most wins in their schools history and lasted over a decade aren't considered successful than only Saban and urban qualify.
