Do we think Ekeler will play?

My best alternative is probably Gus Edwards who plays tomorrow and I haven’t seen a firm declaration yet other than Ekeler hinting that he’ll play.

He said yesterday that he's trying to play this week, but he'll for sure play next week.

Reports are he's looking real good. Able to cut. Squat heavy weights.
But..
What are you getting if he does come off IR and play the first week? No one knows. And why would the Chargers risk their star with nothing to play for.
I'd keep my eye out, but Edwards, despite the tough match up, is essentially it for Week 12 only. After that, Dobbins is likely back.

I’m in your exact situation and I’m playing Edwards. I’m already a lock for the playoffs, and I’m also missing Golladay and now apparently Thielen, so this week might be a total wash for me. Gotta get it together for the playoffs

Need him to sit or be active and not play. My opponent has nothing going for him at running back and is banking on him coming back. Winner pretty much gets the last playoff spot. I have kind of had screwy luck this year bc my team is currently 7th but scored the second most points in the league and had the most points scored against by over almost 200 points

I don’t think Ekeler plays this week and if he does, I don’t believe he gets a full workload. I think we have at least one more week with Ballage:

I feel like they will still use ballage when he gets back. They were mixing in a power back when ekeler was healthy to limit his carries but I don’t think he will be more than a desperation flex with hopes he finds the endzone
