If you google
City Stats 2020 Baton Rouge area foundation you can find the report. It tells you it is based on parish numbers but I cannot recalculate it. Maybe because people in EBR play courses in neighboring parishes they loop those in?

As long as they are calculating other cities same way then it is apples to apples but who knows.

They were using 2019 population of 440k for EBR

If you add

Pelican Point 2 courses
Island (may have been considered open)
Westside (may have been considered open)
Greystone
Bluffs
Pines at Denham

It gets closer and EBR ppl play(ed) those
Courses.
