I nominate Hawaii and Rice to the Pac.

Rice home games would give them 7 of the noon EST game they want and a recruiting foothold in Houston.

Hawaii gets 4-5 more games for the Pac 12 tv inventory due to the Hawaii rule plus it's a home team that doesn't mind being the late Pac 12 game which has become an issue w/schools like Utah and CU.

Since it's Rice and Hawaii they'll be happy to be there and do what they are told.

Also, sell half of the Pac 12 net to ViacomCBS so they can help it actually get carriage around the country and replace the SEC on CBS w/Pac 12 in 2024 when their TV deal with Fox and ESPN is up.
