Still one of the safest jobs in the United States and it pays well.
If they want to quit kick them right the frick out.

My business is down about 30% this year and I had to lay someone off. I understand Covid is not ideal for the hospitals, but being burned out from working too much OT is a hell of a lot better then being in an industry like O&G going into work daily hoping to just finish the day.

You make me sick. It’s obvious you are envious about their salaries, but that’s what happens when you are educated, you get paid well.
