I'm a big fan of a Tommy's Margarita:
Ingredients
2 oz 100% agave blanco tequila
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Agave nectar
Garnish: Salt rim
Steps
Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim.
Put all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Fine-strain over ice into a rocks glass.

I usually make two for me and the misses
6oz Tequila
2oz lemon juice
2oz lime juice
2oz triple sec or Cointreau
1oz or less of simple syrup or agave nectar, I’ve actually switched this out for some different sweet tasting sparkling waters to drop some sweetness and orange seems to work usually a little more than 1oz if you go that route
