Pretty much no way this is legit. Extended warrant is at least $2k and assuming LA you're around 9% tax. So you're around $57k selling price. We'll assume $1k for title/license and doc fees, so more like $56k. You didn't get a Duramax Denali HD for $56k.

Had to go to the glovebox and check my invoice. You are correct. I had $64 in my head but it was $64 unit price + a $3.4K rebate then warranty and TTL got me to $68 out the door. It is the HD with Duramax and it was purchased in Katy, TX not LA so 8.25% tax. Sorry not dishonest just bad memory. Still not bad though considering my purchase was $61 before TTL & warranty.
