Completely not a fitness guy. However I can testify more to Keto than Carnivore, but it's almost the same thing. After 4 months of Keto, I find myself doing mostly carnivore. But I do eat some Kale or other veggies as long as they aren't full of carbs. My main elimination is carbs and sugar. I went from 220 to 174.
What's even more important than not being pudgy is the fact that my knees went from bothering me every time I had to climb a flight of stairs to feeling great. At 49, I feel like my legs are so happy with me being bootcamp weight. Again, I'm not much of a weight lifter kind of person. You can't go wrong between Chicken, Pork, Beef, Deer, and turkey. So many ways to grill or pan fry it. It's the diet I really craved honestly.

Started last Monday, dropped 9 pounds the first week. Obviously this won’t continue, but I feel sooo much better than my previous diet.
