Isn’t that basically the Atkins diet? I’m curious to see his cholesterol levels on this diet.

Why curious? There is plenty of n=1 info out there. Shawn Baker posts all his numbers and calcium score.
My lipid and inflammation profiles are ideal. HDL:Trigs ratio and NMR particle panel are superb. The old dogma about dietary cholesterol and saturated fat are unscientific. Even plain LDL numbers (as a cause--v mere correlation) of CVD is developing away from old simplistic views. And LDL is crucial for brain function and other processes.
