Memphis Mac and Hannah Q on Government Street probably has my favorite BBQ right now.

And yes, while in Port Allen, Cou-yon's is very good as well.

Is this location much different than the Prairieville one? I remember going after they first opened and wasn't impressed with their meat (that's what she said).

I know it's super popular to shite on Baton Rouge BBQ, but while neither are world class, both have very good BBQ. Not sure why they are garnering so many downvotes.
