I see piazza as a charismatic face for the city, a cheerleader and figurehead in the Kip mold who will need to bring in someone much more experienced to handle the day to day operations of the bureaucracy. I think Piazza could be good for cleaning up the permit department and courting businesses to invest here, but I do have concerns about his ability to actually manage the city. I think it will all depends on who he hires. Broome has already proven herself completely incompetent in that respect, so I would pick “maybe incompetent” over “proven incompetent” any day.

I see Matt Watson out doing stuff to try to make this city better more than I see any of the others out there.

Which is why I’ll be voting for him, hoping he makes the runoff, and hoping that if he does, that most of those financially backing Piazza and Carter will help fund him in the runoff.

Piazza is so full of shite and is running a campaign like someone running for school president in junior high, empty promises he has no way of fulfilling "every day will be pizza day in the cafeteria...AND NO MORE HOMEWORK!!"

and let's be honest, dressing like all of his attire comes from the Brooks Brothers little boys collection isn't exactly going to win him much of the black vote.
