I made "skinny" shrimp and grits. They're yum.

How do you make your cauliflower "grits" tastes good?

Probably a bad case of the Monday blues and silvers

Good question, I'd like to know myself.

hey
Oh I used real grits. Not homemade. Just a packet of Quaker cheesy grits. They're only 100cal per serving.

A kind heart.
Nice eyes.
A bit of a dad-bod.
A sense of humor.
Skilly, it’s not hard.

No butter.
Its an old Holly Clegg recipe (RIP) that I tweaked.
Minced garlic. A garlic-based salad dressing (I chose the bottled Olive Garden Italian -- light version, not regular). Worcestershire. Parsley, onion powder, cayenne, smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme. Chicken broth. Fresh lemon.
It isn't as velvety as actual BBQ shrimp, but the flavor isn't wildly off. And with the grits, you're looking at 250-300 cals.
