All of this. Player safety isn't a risk during a kneel down, so why not drain it all the way down to 30ish seconds then kick it on 3rd?

TO was not a terrible call. The Bears were lined up to snap it for when they wound the clock. He got to jaw at the ref more and make sure his defense was ready.
