Harris county is most likely going blue contrary to what most people think. This Houston Oil USA is an improper way to blanket the city as a whole. Lots of holier than thou Biden supporters.

All the reasons for it to go blue are the same reasons as 2016, suburban moms hating Trump, etc. There are no reasons for more votes.
However on the plus side for GOP, things that are different. Huge income increase via tax cuts for working class, the wall being built (which LEGAL immigrants and blacks want), Biden wanting to destroy the economy of TX by getting rid of oil. Increased, real increased support of blacks and hispanics for Trump. And the defunding the police causing havoc. Biden is not as strong as hils and the Hunter garbage is weighing on his support, no matter what the msm DOES NOT say.
I guarantee Trump will win by more than 2016.
