Hillary got popped for lying under oath twice in the last four months. Trump has mentioned this at his rallies.

Shortly after Barr became AG, I posted on this board that he could not be trusted. He was and is a Bush man. The Bushes hate Trump more than the Clintons. The thing that disturbs me the most is that if I know this, most certainly Trump knows it. Why on earth did Barr get the job? Is this one big high school play?

I firmly believe that they decided to make the political case before the legal one.
I cannot imagine that if Trump loses (and I don’t think he loses) that charges aren’t announced post election but before inauguration.
If the investigation terminates in an indictment either by Grand Jury or Bill of Info before inauguration - I Just cannot see how it would be politically possible for Kamala to remove Durham, even if Barr is gone; and especially if cackling arse is also implicated. It goes deeper than the Biden’s. Hunter is just too fricking stupid not to see it.

The bars are set higher in criminal cases with the heightened "beyond a reasonable doubt" burden of proof vs. the preponderance of evidence standards. Sometimes, not without controversy, tabulated as 89%+ vs. 50.1%+. Any frick up in evidence in a criminal case, the chain of custody thereof, etc., could blow the entire case or multiple cases if not meticulously executed in the investigation and discovery phases.
It is frustrating, but when you are going after the jugular of the entrenched deep state, you have to double cross every T in every footnote to every footnote.

Sessions hung Trump out to dry. Barr didn't do shite. The GOP majority Senate won't call Bobulinski to testify. There's a reason that even the Republicans don't want an investigation.
