Dude I live in a city with ghettos and is a top 15 in murder rate. They are not the same as New Orleans. I have also been in rough parts of Honduras, Costa Rica, and Mexico. New Orleans ghettos look just like them except there aren't dudes with military style rifles guarding the pumps. (Cept after Guard is called in) Which TBH is quite surprising.

Have you ever been to a real Third World country like Santo Domingo, Boca Chica or Juan Dolio in the DR?
