So in the last year of the deal?

It's a 6 year deal.

2021
2022
2023
2024
2025
2026

It'll be an albatross of a contract halfway through.

He will be 35 halfway through
Dude isn't a power hitter and the type that ages well especially since you can't shift against him...

The last two years he may not be in the field much or at 1B but he will still have the bat.

I'd predict he is worth 5 WAR next year, 4.2, 4, 3, 1.7, 1 over the course of the deal which would be great

How much is one WAR worth? if you say 6 million (lower than most say), then he was worth almost the full value of this contract in less than 200 games 2019-2020. He might fall off and not be worth 2-3 WAR by the end, but if he can put up another 2 or three seasons like he has been doing recently, he will be worth way more than the value of this contract
