Many large employers 200+ are already doing this. My company gives us discounts on rates dependent on health assessments we have to submit every year and then they rank us 1-5 with 1 being the mist unhealthy. Those people will pay the most premium and people in the 4 and 5 rankings don’t pay anything. small groups under 50 employees in MS get age rates for each ee and their dependents with bcbsms. They are also judged based on zipcode, aka demographic. So companies in rural areas like the delta tend to get higher rates than groups in hattiesburg, for example.

It should be like that, but then insurance companies would be called racist.
