Personally, I don't think the "strict constructionist" label belongs within 100 yards of Roberts after his clownish Nevada decision, but that's just me being Grishamesque, I suppose.

Do you ACTUALLY believe that some super-secret Dem cabal has Roberts by the balls for some personal indiscretion, thereby forcing him to vote their way on the occasional procedural or statutory matter?
Or is it more likely that he just interprets applicable law differently than you do?
