re: Boating accident in Shell Beach yesterday?

Someone on one of the fb fishing groups posted that a st bernard sherrifs boat was rolling down the highway with the lights on. I assumed a hitch came loose and the boat rolled away by what I was reading. I asked what he meant and it turns out some sort of boating accident and the sheriff was towing a boat down the highway to launch it for some sort of rescue or something.
