No, I suspect that there is a long tradition of the FBI providing briefings to incoming presidents of the compromat they hold. I imagine Comey's initial briefing to Trump about the Steele Dossier was along these lines, but as the "proof" was not there, it was done in such a way as to entrap Trump in obstruction. Re the Hunter laptop, a compromised Biden may not be good for the country, but exceedingly useful for the FBI.

I've seen this idea floated multiple times around here the last few days and I've begun to think this is 100% what is going on.

Biden would be controlled by our intel agencies just as much as he would be by the Chinese.

From the first director until now, the FBI has been in the business of blackmailing politicians for their own gain.

Some of the rank & file outside of DC may good agents and law enforcement officers, but the entire agency was built on blackmail, coercion, and extortion from day 1.
