Clr is a good idea for sure. Also I hate all things Goof Off but their rust remover used for removing iron stains from sprinkler well water works incredibly. You could just put it on a small sponge or paint brush the area. I’m sure it’s an acid so I’m not sure what exactly your floor is so obviously you’d have to be careful.
