I’ve got a 2003 F250 with 7.3L diesel. It has everything I need: power door locks, power windows, power seats, A/C, reverse sensors and an aftermarket backup camera (works great).
While the 7.3L is a sluggish dinosaur, I paid a fraction of the price of a new F-250 and it has everything I need.
