who is the #10 from St. James in your avatar? I saw that kid play last season at Homer and he is a great LB. Very fast and had a nose for the ball. Hell, he even kicked the field goals.

That's J. Narcisse. He's a monster. Should be an All-American in 1-AA one day. A two-star due to his height, but you saw him play. He's going to shine brightly at McNeese. He's very aggressive and angry on the field.
I just call him J. because his name is spelled different ways online.
Here's his scout profile

And I said two star but that's rivals. One star on scout.

I agree. Funny thing...he got tossed from the state championship game at the end. And he told P.J. Smith to meet him on Bourbon Street after the game for fisticuffs. He's a fiery competitor and you know I like his game to represent for him after he bowed up on P.J.

Shut up, Lester Earl. Go play with your frat boys and leave the big boy football talk to us.

And by the way, since you are always prying into my business and trying to twist things. When I moved back down here from Rayville, I moved in here with my mom. She's elderly and has been in the hospital a couple of times in the past year. That's not any of your business, but you tried to make it your business. I don't have shite to hide, son. You got me fricked up thinking otherwise.

Any other prospects comin out of SJH over the next season or two?
I went to school there, but moved out of state and couldnt follow them. I recently moved back though, and I did get to see the championship game. Ugh.
When I played, we didnt win much. So its hard for me to criticize Gaille.....but I was dumbfounded when SJ had the ball before halftime on about their own 40. There was like a minute left till half. SJ knelt on the ball instead of at least running a few dive plays...hell, run SOMETHING! With a RB like Ambrose, you never know. I think we were only down by 7 at the time.

SirRohan mentioned a kid the other day. I think he said the prospect's name was Mason Wild. I'm not familiar with him. I'll look into it and see what I can find out though.
It's going to be a long time before they get a trio of players like the two Narcisses and Ambrose. That's a once in a lifetime group to have in one senior class (at a public 2A school).

Take the personal stuff out. Play nice. Can we all get along? Kids. Serious question, when has Amite High last had a kid worth a crap in football? PJ Franklin?

What's Amite got to do with this? But I do love some Amite Football. I was an official for a short time and I got assigned to Amite a lot back then. Officiated the Hahnville/Amite OT tussle back in the mid-90s.

I am old Amite alum back in the Carlton Buckles and Michael Carr days. I have not heard anything as in regards to prospects from Amite.

Well, I love me some Amite Football. Coach Currier was the best coach I ever officiated for (in front of his sideline - line judge, Hammond Association).

2nd best was Coach Currier at Kentwood. I did Southern Lab vs. Kentwood for the district title as a rookie official back in the day,
Worst coach to officiate on his sideline: Baglio @ Independence

Donald was the man! He could coach. I remember the wars with St. James and Lutcher! Man, I am feeling old.

I did quite a few games over there back in the day. Back when Kendrick Perry was a sophomore. I liked the WR they had back then who also was the kicker. We would joke around while he waited to tee up the kickoff.
