If his defense would’ve given up what we gave up last night he’d be undefeated. Brennan puts up more points and over 100 more yards per game than TJs night last night. If Finley were averaging what he did yesterday then got hurt and Brennan came in and put up 345 and 3TDs you people would be arguing the same way for him to takeover.

Actually, I wanted Brennan to play over Etling and Burrow (in 2018).

Many people were disappointed with Brennans first showing this year. He held on to the ball too long and looked nervous.

Our offense held the ball for the majority of the game last night keeping it away from the other offense and allowing our defense to get rested. When you have defensive issues, you have to possess the ball. Brennan is barely at 60% completion rate and 0 third down conversion ratio.

My biggest complaint last night was not seeing Max play with an open playbook instead of just milking clock. What if Max is better than TJ is with the added scrambling speed?

Im just more interested in the future of LSU at this point and less interested in what people think about Brennan. He's had long enough. He's had some electric plays but im ready to see what TJ and Max can do, and if Max is anywhere near as good as they say he is, id rather lose Brennan to the portal than either of the other two.

Is Brennan the leader? Watch the post game celebration in locker room and tell me what you see. LINK

What am I comparing that celebration to? Got links from the other win? And besides not only is this purely subjective and anti factual but it’s the first time we’ve been seen in many’s eyes as the underdog plus he’s a true freshman so his expectations were unknown as well. The facts are the facts and I’m not even gonna get into the short easy throws and protected gameplan because I can tell this isn’t the crowd for that. Brennan puts up more offense and does it shouldering much more responsibility, he also threatens more of the field and gives the D more to worry about. If TJ was better he’d have been the starter already.
