What subsidy is the oil and gas industry getting on the federal level? On the upstream side you have constant permitting fees and royalty taxes as well as huge environmental expenses, directly cash related or delayed production because some shitass bird made a nest in your pumping unit.

I’d imagine most of the tax breaks are at the local level besides normal corporate tax laws.
