y'all remember 4 years ago when Fredo went on air and said unless you worked for CNN you coudlnt read the wikileaks emails?

Either the FBI is corrupt (likely), or the laptops contents are being used as evidence an an investigation regarding a matter of national security and they've been sitting on it until the investigation is complete (also likely, imo).
